A ticket covers the experience, date and inclusions shown at checkout. Transport, cloakroom, extra food or drinks and personal expenses are excluded unless expressly listed.
Participants must be 18 or older and carry valid physical photo identification. Failure to prove age may result in refused participation without refund.
Guests must arrive before check-in closes. Routes, venues, schedules and duration are indicative and may change for operational, safety or authority-related reasons.
Participants are responsible for drinking safely and following guide and venue instructions. Unsafe, aggressive, intoxicated or illegal conduct may lead to removal without refund.
Smart casual clothing is strongly recommended. Final admission is controlled by each venue, and refusal for dress code, identification, sobriety or conduct does not create a refund right.
Online reservations and payments are processed through TuriTop. Guests must review their confirmation and promptly report any incorrect booking details.
Confirmed tickets are generally non-refundable for voluntary cancellation, no-show, lateness or exclusion. If Lisbon Pub Crawl cancels due solely to an internal failure, rescheduling or a refund will be offered.
Booking data is used to deliver the experience and meet legal obligations. Identifiable promotional images require consent, which can be refused or withdrawn for future use.
Full policy
Please read these provisions before booking. Questions can be sent to the Lisbon Pub Crawl team.
Ask a question ↗Lisbon Pub Crawl is a brand operated by Semana Ousada, Lda., with registered office at Travessa da Cara, no. 14, 2º Esquerdo, Bairro Alto, 1200-089 Lisbon, Portugal. It promotes and commercialises dated leisure and entertainment experiences, including pub crawls, walking tours, food tours and social experiences.
These terms apply to use of the website, booking, payment and participation in Lisbon Pub Crawl events. Any specific written conditions shown for a particular experience or private event also apply and take priority where they address that booking directly.
A ticket grants access only to the event, date, meeting point and inclusions stated during booking. Travel to and from the meeting point, accommodation, cloakroom fees, additional drinks or food and other personal expenses are excluded unless expressly included.
TuriTop, S.L. provides the booking and payment technology. A successful payment generates a confirmation sent to the email supplied by the customer. The customer is responsible for checking the date, number of guests and other details and reporting errors promptly to info@discoverlisbon.org.
Payment-card details are handled by TuriTop or its associated payment provider rather than by Lisbon Pub Crawl. Use of that platform is also subject to TuriTop’s applicable terms of use.
Participation is strictly limited to guests aged 18 or over unless an event expressly states otherwise. Guests must carry a valid official physical photo ID. A photograph or copy may not be accepted by a venue.
Guests must arrive at the stated meeting point before check-in closes and follow instructions from guides, staff, security and venue teams. Late arrival or failure to join the group on time is treated as a no-show and does not entitle the guest to a refund, credit or rescheduling.
Weapons, illegal drugs, pyrotechnics and any object or substance that may endanger people or property are prohibited. A breach may result in immediate removal and referral to the relevant authorities.
Guests remain responsible for their alcohol consumption, health, behaviour and personal decisions throughout the experience. Staff may stop serving alcohol or remove anyone whose intoxication or behaviour may endanger themselves, other guests, staff, venues or property.
Aggressive, discriminatory, harassing, unsafe or disruptive conduct is not accepted. Removal for conduct, excessive intoxication, failure to follow safety instructions or possession of prohibited items does not create a right to a refund or compensation.
Published routes, venues, timings and duration are indicative. Lisbon Pub Crawl may make reasonable changes for capacity, operations, safety, weather, public-authority instructions or venue availability while preserving the overall nature of the experience.
Bars and clubs are independent venues and retain final control over entry and service. Smart casual clothing is strongly recommended. Sportswear, baggy clothing, shorts, ripped clothing, beachwear, headwear, unsuitable footwear, excessive jewellery or extreme intoxication may lead to refused entry. Such refusal does not entitle the guest to a refund or compensation.
Unless a specific booking states otherwise in writing, confirmed tickets are non-refundable where the participant cancels voluntarily, selects the wrong date, arrives late, does not attend, cannot provide valid ID, fails a venue requirement or is removed for conduct or safety reasons. The statutory 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to leisure services supplied on a specific date or during a specific period under Article 17(1)(k) of Portuguese Decree-Law no. 24/2014.
If an event cannot proceed for force majeure, adverse weather, safety reasons, venue disruption, public-authority restrictions or other circumstances outside the operator’s control, Lisbon Pub Crawl may offer a new date or a credit voucher where operationally possible. These circumstances do not automatically require a cash refund.
If Lisbon Pub Crawl cancels an event directly and solely because of a serious internal failure without a justifiable external cause, the guest may choose rescheduling or a full refund using the original payment method where technically possible.
Bars, nightclubs, restaurants, payment providers and other external suppliers are legally independent. Lisbon Pub Crawl acts as organiser, promoter or facilitator as applicable and is not responsible for independent venue decisions or failures outside its reasonable control.
Guests are responsible for phones, wallets, coats and other personal belongings. Lisbon Pub Crawl is not liable for loss, theft or damage except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Guests are responsible for damage or reasonable additional costs caused by their unlawful, reckless or negligent conduct.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Portuguese consumer law.
Private events may have separate minimum numbers, prices, deposits, payment schedules, cancellation deadlines, suppliers and operating conditions set out in a written proposal, email or message. Those agreed conditions take priority for that private booking.
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Consumers may use the Lisbon Consumer Conflict Arbitration Centre and the Portuguese Electronic Complaints Book where applicable, without prejudice to other rights or remedies.
Lisbon Pub Crawl may update these terms to reflect legal, regulatory or operational changes. The version published on this website applies to new bookings from its stated effective date.
Privacy & cookies
How booking, website and event information is handled under the GDPR.
Privacy request ↗Semana Ousada, Lda. is the controller for personal data processed by Lisbon Pub Crawl. Questions and data-rights requests can be sent to info@discoverlisbon.org.
Depending on how a guest uses the website or books, data may include name, contact details, booking details, billing information, communications, consent records, technical device information and limited website-usage data. Full payment-card numbers are processed by the payment provider and are not available to Lisbon Pub Crawl.
Personal data is used to manage reservations and payments, communicate event information, provide support, operate and improve experiences, issue invoices, prevent fraud, protect safety, handle complaints and meet legal obligations. Marketing is sent only where there is an appropriate legal basis and can be stopped at any time.
The principal legal bases are performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and improving the service, and consent where required.
Data may be shared only as necessary with booking and payment providers such as TuriTop, event partners, venues, professional advisers, website and communications providers, and public authorities where required by law. Lisbon Pub Crawl does not sell personal data for independent third-party marketing.
Data is kept only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose and any accounting, tax, contractual or legal limitation period. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, appropriate GDPR safeguards are used where required.
Subject to the GDPR and applicable limitations, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent at any time. Requests should be sent to info@discoverlisbon.org and may require proof of identity.
Individuals may lodge a complaint with Portugal’s supervisory authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), if they believe their data has been processed unlawfully.
Photos or video may be captured during an event. Identifiable promotional use is based on prior, free, specific and informed consent. Refusing consent does not affect participation. A participant may also ask the team not to photograph them or request removal of a specific identifiable image from future use by emailing info@discoverlisbon.org.
This website uses essential technology to operate and offers two optional categories: the YouTube video background and analytics or marketing tags managed through Google Tag Manager container GTM-56ZZW7C. The TuriTop embed is configured without its analytics and affiliate-tracking options. Opening the TuriTop booking button does not activate analytics, advertising or affiliate-tracking cookies from this website.
The first-party local-storage item lisbon_cookie_notice_v2 and the preference cookie lisbon_cookie_consent record the visitor’s choice as essential-only, media-allowed, analytics-allowed or all-allowed. The cookie lasts for up to 180 days, while the local preference remains until it is changed or the site’s browser data is cleared. Both are used only to remember and apply the visitor’s consent choices.
The YouTube player is blocked until the visitor chooses Video only or Allow all. If allowed, the homepage loads the video from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain. Google or YouTube may then receive technical information such as the visitor’s IP address, device and browser details, and may use cookies or similar storage under their own privacy terms. Visitors who do not allow video receive the still-image hero instead.
Google Tag Manager is blocked until the visitor chooses Analytics only or Allow all. Once enabled, it may load analytics or marketing tags configured by Lisbon Pub Crawl. Google and any provider loaded through the container may receive technical information and use cookies or similar technologies for the consented purposes under their respective privacy terms. The Tag Manager no-script request is also served only where an analytics preference has already been recorded.
TuriTop provides the secure booking interface. Technical or session technologies may be used to open the booking panel, protect the transaction, complete forms, maintain the booking session, balance traffic and return the visitor after checkout. Blocking essential technologies may prevent the booking interface from working correctly.
The YouTube and analytics choices can be changed independently at any time through the Cookie notice button. Refusing or withdrawing consent does not block access to the website; declining YouTube replaces the video with the still hero image, and withdrawing analytics reloads the page without Tag Manager.
Visitors can also clear the saved preference or technical booking data through their browser settings. External links, YouTube and TuriTop services are governed by the privacy and cookie information published by their respective providers.
